Concerned about mold on baby's clothes?

I (or my husband) must have inadvertently put one of my infant son's outfits in the laundry basket that was wet or had drool/spit up or otherwise on it. When I started doing the laundry, I noticed that the shirt had a bunch of mold all around the collar. I soaked it for a while in a bleach/water mix, scrubbed it with a stain remover, then washed it. The black stains are still there. They are not noticable from the outside, but should I be concerned about my son still wearing this? (for health reasons) And, is there any better way to get these stains out? And last question... would the spores still be active (for lack of a better term) if it has been bleached, "shouted out", and washed? Maybe I should just throw it away, it is after all only one outfit of many... but of course one of my favorites. Thanks for any advice.
