Halloween paint stain on clothes?

I have this jersey basketball (if you want to call it) is the same hardware for a sweater. My friend I took pictures and got some face painting for Halloween on the subject. Now a year later and he's selling on eBay. What is a good way to get paint out? It is a kind music memorabilia shirt and just want to throw in the washer. Someone told me that baby oil, but I fear that will leave a greasy spot. Comments?

Soak the stained area only in warm water with detergent in it. I used 1 cap full / full tablespoon for every 6 cups of water. dip approximately 10 minutes. then rub the stain with a damp cloth. Soak back rub and rinse again that should go
