In my dream, our baby is a doll?

I had a dream last night that surprised me (almost instantly) gave birth to a baby. Does not look like one of us, but had a big smile and constant laughter. We were both in ecstasy. I asked my boyfriend, "We bought a bed for him, where in case the dream, "said my boyfriend," OK, I know what to do. "While breast milk (which was pretty normal) my boyfriend has a bunk with a makeshift wicker laundry basket, pillows and blankets. I woke up in panic. What does this mean?
